Regret
How much regret, ah how much regret I have!
I explain, you understand too,
Yet you keep pretending with childish excuses, laughing and playing.
How much I love you,
How much I want you, that too, you already know.
Again my regret remains the same,
Even after knowing and understanding, you keep me away,
You surely feel my absence within you,
Yet you never wish to be mine.
Satisfaction Beyond Love
Do you know,
What is more delightful to a lover than hearing “I love you”?
To see his beloved laughing with him,
To feel that the dearest one is happy by his side.
To see her smile and think, “She’s mine, she’s laughing with me,”
That sight brings a satisfaction far deeper than hearing “I love you” a thousand times.
And from you, more than hearing love in words,
It is this satisfaction that I long for the most.
The First Stage of Distance
The first stage of distance is staying silent.
The person who can stay without speaking,
Has already accepted the distance,
And that person will soon be able to forget easily.
False Dream
Only in my case does everything feel so unpleasant,
As if every unwillingness clings to me.
Yet without me, she lacks no happiness,
Still I dissolve myself into her again,
Hoping she might love a little, care a little, show some affection.
But in the end, I find only signs of irritation toward me in her,
And I return, wrapped in the blanket of neglect she gave.
Even with such uncertain love, I still dream,
To build a life with her, to build a home.
Ungrateful People
When a person gains many people around,
He no longer remembers that one person,
Who stood by him in his hard times,
Who kept him company in his loneliness.
And this is nothing new, man is born ungrateful,
They only show gratitude until their need fades away.
