Who Else Can Have Me?
You did not become mine, sorrow became mine.
After you left me, I tried to master the act of leaving.
I thought, I would leave sorrow the same way, you had left me.
But I failed, no matter how far I tried to run, sorrow did not let me go.
Now tell me, when sorrow loves me so much, sorrow has already claimed me.
Then who else can have me?
The Human Mind
Do you not know, the human mind is an even greater graveyard?
Inside the grave what goes on, torment or heavenly care, no one has the power to know.
Likewise, inside the human mind whether there are storms, or love, hatred, humiliation or regret, no one has the power to know.
No matter how much one says, I understand you.
Nurturing Memories
A person may not die without another, but the mind dies,
dreams die, desires die.
The reason is nurturing memories, people even unwillingly love to hold on to memories.
Even after many years, when the person in memory comes to mind, eyes become teary,
the face turns pale,
everything before the eyes turns blurred.
Thus by nurturing memories, even after a long time, feeling incomplete, unworthy, is that less than death?
In Your Case Only
If I do not get importance, I am one who does not look back a second time.
In your case only, I became shameless, unable to control myself.
I am one who gives back exactly the care or neglect I get.
In your case only, I kept loving even in return for neglect.
Living
Just as neglect can destroy the will to live,
so care can double the will to live.
Thus it is clear, we do not live for ourselves.
Our living is rather the reflection of how others accept us, how they describe us, or how they treat us.
