Sorrows Like Pet
My sorrows are mine alone, like pets I keep.
Like a dog you try to abandon, yet it follows you back home.
I too, through my own mistakes,
Keep calling my sorrows back to me.
So regret does not suit me when it comes to grief.
Excuses - 2
From one’s behavior you can always tell,
Who truly wants to stay and who only pretends.
There are always a thousand excuses to leave.
But if you had truly wished to remain,
You would have searched for even one reason to stay.

The Promise
Do you remember, one day you promised me,
“I love you, you are mine alone.”
Tell me, just because you left,
Do I now have the right to belong to someone else?
Future
Death is the only future, the final end.
Yet I keep weaving countless false plans,
As if time were my servant and I eternal.
Death - 2
Death behaves strangely, like a stranger unknown.
Those who long for it, it never show up to them.
And they end their lives by their own hands.
But those whose eyes are full of dreams,
Love and a burning will to live,
It is they whom death comes to embrace.
